SEND Project Management
SEND project leadership
I designed and led the development of a wide-reaching SEND-inclusive arts programme, Common Ground Arts, over four years, working freelance alongside my part-time leadership role in a SEND school.
This role gave me extensive experience in researching, recruiting and training artists in inclusive SEND practice, as well as managing funding, including Arts Council England grants. I led engagement with SEND schools at scale, oversaw budgets and project timelines, and delivered projects from concept through to completion.
I have also worked closely with arts organisations, designers and filmmakers to support communication and promotion. Central to my work is engaging families and SEND communities, capturing their voices and measuring impact in accessible and meaningful ways.
